Job Brief



  • We are seeking to engage a passionate and competitive Sales Executive with proven track records closing sales and increasing business revenue.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Ultimately, the Sales Executives will be required to meet and surpass set sales expectations and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.


Responsibilities



  • Conduct market research, evaluate customer needs to identify market and selling possibilities.

  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media networking.

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs, expectations, concerns and interest.

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services offerings.

  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial.

  • Meet periodic set targets for sales.


Requirements and Skills



  • HND / B.Sc in any Art or Social Sciences course.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, with 2 years specifically in medical diagnosis marketing sales..

  • Strong knowledge on molecular diagnosis including but not limited to DNA testing, tissue culture and immuno-assays, cancer and infectious disease diagnosis etc.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Ability to use initiative and deal with emotionally charged and pressured situation.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

  • Fast learner and passion for sales.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation.
