Our client, a property management company is looking for a Facility Manager for their Ikorodu-based residential estate. The job holder will be responsible for keeping the buildings properly maintained, clean and safe. The job holder will also supervise contractors and will be responsible for long-term service efficiency.

The job holder must be based in the Ikorodu axis of Lagos state.

Responsibilities:

• overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering and IT.


• supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.


• ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.


• ensuring that the properties are well-maintained at all times.


• ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements


• overseeing building projects and renovations.
