Job Summary:



  • As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the knowledge and skills of our employees.

  • You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that facilitate employee growth and development.

  • Your focus will be on aligning our learning initiatives with the organization's goals and objectives to drive performance improvement.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Training Program Design: Develop and design training programs and materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and on-the-job training, that address the specific needs of different departments and employees.

  • Content Creation: Create engaging and effective learning content, including training modules, videos, presentations, and job aids, to support various learning initiatives.

  • Delivery and Facilitation: Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, ensuring that content is delivered effectively and engages participants.

  • Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and learning requirements within the organization.

  • Learning Evaluation: Implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and results.

  • Learning Management System (LMS): Manage and maintain the organization's LMS, including course creation, content uploads, and user access.

  • Change Management: Support change management initiatives by developing training programs to help employees adapt to new processes, systems, or procedures.

  • Compliance Training: Ensure that employees receive mandatory compliance training and track completion records.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather content and ensure the accuracy of training materials. Stay

  • Updated: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continually improve training programs.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

  • CIPM is compulsory 7-10 years of experience working as a learning and development specialist/training coordinator

  • Proven experience in instructional design and training delivery, including e-learning development.

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and training evaluation techniques.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.

  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups of employees.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Certification in learning and development, such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance), is a plus.
