• We seek a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Manager with a strong background in Shopper Marketing to join our dynamic team.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships while leading the development and execution of Shopper Marketing strategies and campaigns.


• As a Business Growth Manager, you will play a vital role in the success of our projects and client partnerships.


• You will understand client needs, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• Proven experience in client service or account management within the marketing or experiential agency.


• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.


• Strong project management and organizational abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.


• Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular office hours, based on client and project requirements.
