Key Responsibilities



  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and business objectives.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to identify and engage top talent.

  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the qualifications and cultural fit of potential candidates.

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights to clients.

  • Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future client needs.

  • Collaboration: Partner with colleagues and cross-functional teams to share best practices, collaborate on client projects, and provide a seamless client experience.

  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes and practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and results to clients and internal stakeholders.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's Degree preferred).

  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a consulting firm or agency, with expertise in recruiting across multiple sectors and industries.

  • 3 - 5 years experience

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion.

  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
