Our Company Riveton Developments Ltd is a startup Real Estate and Hospitality Company located in Sangotedo, Lagos, Nigeria. We are looking for a highly competent Junior Civil Engineer to join our expanding team.

JOB SUMMARY

This position requires an innovative and competent individual with vast knowledge on infrastructure projects from conception to completion.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential duties of the Junior Civil Engineer include but are not limited to the following activities:

• Manage, design, develop and maintain small to large scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.


• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications


• Assist in analyzing data and conducting on-site investigations


• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies

Requirements

• B.Sc/ in Civil Engineering


• Proven working experience in Civil Engineering


• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc


• Project management, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skill

Salary: N120,000
