We are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our team and assist our customers with their inquiries, complaints, and requests.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think critically and solve problems. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining customer records.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide solutions to customer problems and ensure their needs are met.
Manage customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
Maintain customer records and update the company's knowledge base.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers and resolving any outstanding issues.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth and effective communication with customers.
Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and procedures.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
1+ years of experience in a sales support role.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
