The Storekeeper is responsible for the maintenance of a site’s store, performing activities such as stocking operational materials and supplies, inventory control and records
A summary of the role’s responsibility is as follows:
Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
Maintain store records and inventory of all items in the store.
Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the store
Responsible for the preparation of monthly store reports.
Any other assigned task(s).
Education and Experience
National Diploma (ND) or Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C.E. / WAEC)
1-2 years store keeping experience in a reputable organization.
Competencies:
Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Good analytical skill
Good team player
Experience in the use of computer applications such as MS Office is added advantage
