Job Role



  • The Storekeeper is responsible for the maintenance of a site’s store, performing activities such as stocking operational materials and supplies, inventory control and records

  • A summary of the role’s responsibility is as follows:

  • Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders

  • Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders

  • Maintain store records and inventory of all items in the store.

  • Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the store

  • Responsible for the preparation of monthly store reports.

  • Any other assigned task(s).


Education and Experience



  • National Diploma (ND) or Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C.E. / WAEC)

  • 1-2 years store keeping experience in a reputable organization.


Competencies:



  • Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

  • Good analytical skill

  • Good team player

  • Experience in the use of computer applications such as MS Office is added advantage

  • Good record keeping skill

  • Attention to detail.


Salary



  • N55,000 - N80,000 monthly.
