Brief Description



  • The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the maintenance department ensuring that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good conditions.

  • You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of operations and the safety of our staff.

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing programs, managing a team of maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and maintenance schedules.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program, including regular inspections, preventive maintenance and repair activities

  • Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities

  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce equipment downtime and increase productivity

  • Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities ensuring that repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner

  • Conduct regular inspection of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Monitor and control maintenance costs, including budgeting and cost analysis

  • Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance programs, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working conditions

  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations

  • Maintain effective working relationship with vendors and contractors ensuring that all maintenance work is performed to the highest standards.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or related field

  • 3-5 years proven experience in maintenance management preferably in a manufacturing setting

  • Strong background in maintenance management with proven abilities to optimize maintenance process

  • Solid understanding of maintenance planning, preventive maintenance and asset management

  • Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of successfully leading and developing a team

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision -making abilities

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
