Job Description




  • We are looking for a Paid Media Manager Consultant to join our team on a short-term contract (3 months).


Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning and Execution:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, incorporating paid media strategies and performance marketing tactics aligned with business objectives.


Campaign Management:



  • Oversee the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.


Budget Allocation and Optimization:



  • Efficiently manage advertising budgets across various channels, optimizing strategies for maximum return on investment (ROI) and cost-effectiveness.


Ad Creatives and Copywriting:



  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and engaging copy that resonate with the target audience.


Data Analysis and Reporting:



  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and comprehensive reports to stakeholders.


Keyword Research and Targeting:



  • Conduct thorough keyword research to inform campaign targeting, ensuring visibility and relevance.


A/B Testing and Conversion Optimization:



  • Continuously conduct A/B testing to refine ad performance and implement tactics for improving conversion rates.


Multichannel Management:



  • Oversee performance marketing across various channels, including search, social, email, and display.


Adaptability and Industry Awareness:



  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements



  • Proven experience in campaign management, paid media, and performance marketing roles.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

  • Creativity in developing engaging ad content and strategies.

  • Familiarity with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing marketing landscapes.
