Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Fagge 


• The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth, develop and execute sales strategies, manage existing and new customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.


• The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven sales management experience in the paint and coatings industry


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies


• Ability to analyze market trends and develop plans accordingly


• Strong customer relationship management skills


• Good understanding of product pricing and margins


• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field


• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


• Experience in the paint and coatings industry is a plus
