Role Description

• We are looking for a full-time STEM Academy Programme Manager for our Lagos location.


• The role is hybrid, implying that some work from home is acceptable.


• The STEM Academy Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the STEM Academy, including curriculum development, teacher training, and developing partnerships with relevant institutions and organisations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus


• Minimum 3 years' experience in programme management and at least 2 years in STEM or a related field


• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written


• Strong organizational and project management skills


• Experience in managing, mentoring, and evaluating staff members


• Demonstrated track record of success in building partnerships with schools, universities, non-profit organizations, businesses or government agencies


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Passion for education and a commitment to ensuring equitable access to quality education for all students


• Knowledge of best practices in STEM education and a deep understanding of current trends in education


• A sense of humor, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow with the school
