We are looking for a full-time STEM Academy Programme Manager for our Lagos location.
The role is hybrid, implying that some work from home is acceptable.
The STEM Academy Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the STEM Academy, including curriculum development, teacher training, and developing partnerships with relevant institutions and organisations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
Minimum 3 years' experience in programme management and at least 2 years in STEM or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience in managing, mentoring, and evaluating staff members
Demonstrated track record of success in building partnerships with schools, universities, non-profit organizations, businesses or government agencies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for education and a commitment to ensuring equitable access to quality education for all students
Knowledge of best practices in STEM education and a deep understanding of current trends in education
A sense of humor, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow with the school
