JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement an E-commerce strategy in order to improve website performance
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
- Work closely with the marketing team to manage and execute promotional campaigns
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
- Working closely with warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Work with developers to improve website speed
- Develop a content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing page development
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offering code performance
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
- Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
- Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
- Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display, and affiliate channels.
- Confidence in developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow, and web analysis.
- Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools, and optimization.
- Knowledge of Attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.
