Job Description

• Create an aesthetically supportive learning environment that fosters inquiry, creativity, thinking, and independence to help your learners meet their learning goals.


• Teach the learners the essential rules of reading, writing, and speaking in English, using interesting and diverse methods


• Identify learners with special requirements and create individualized plans


• Assist struggling learners to improve their literacy skills


• Research new language teaching methods


• Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to promote the


• learning and implementation of best practices in Literacy instruction.


• Monitor and set targets for the social and academic progress of learners.


• Build trusting relationships with learners, parents, and other staff


• Oversee the learners’ progress by tracking their assignments and exam grades, in order to provide helpful feedback.

Requirements

• B.Sc / BA in English Language or English Literature;


• Previous experience as an English teacher.


• Knowledge of various teaching methods


• Deep understanding of the national English curriculum


• A patient and resilient personality


• Dedication to students and education


• Excellent written, Oral communication and exceptional organizational skill


• Strong commitment to professional development.
