A fast-growing hospitality company is looking for ambitious and professional Hostess to welcome her customers.

In this position, the hostess will uplift the dining experience for customers. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.


• Ascertains guest dining needs.


• Seats guests and manage the seating chart.


• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.


• Manage reservation chart


• Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Excellent customer service skills


• Good physical abilities


• Personality and Persevering abilities


• Active listening, effective communication skills with great team spirit


• Flexibility to work in shifts

QUALIFICATION: Diploma, HND in any field of study.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 1 years experience as a receptionist or hostess obtained in a well-structured restaurant of a reputable organization.
