Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of real estate sales agents.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Oversee the negotiation process and handle any escalated issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Foster long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements in the Lekki area.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Provide insights to senior management on market conditions and potential areas for business growth.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, market trends, and team performance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of the Lekki real estate market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.
