Key Responsibilities:


Team Leadership:



  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of real estate sales agents.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies for continuous improvement.


Sales Strategy and Planning:



  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.


Client Relationship Management:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Oversee the negotiation process and handle any escalated issues to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Foster long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.


Market Research and Analysis:



  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements in the Lekki area.

  • Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.

  • Provide insights to senior management on market conditions and potential areas for business growth.


Financial Management:



  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, taking corrective actions as needed.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, market trends, and team performance.


Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Lekki real estate market.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.
