Job Summary:


The Commercial Manager will play a crucial role in the success of our real estate business in Lekki by overseeing and managing all commercial activities. Key Responsibilities:


Lease and Contract Management:



  • Negotiate and manage commercial leases and contracts.

Market Analysis:



  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Monitor changes in the real estate market and adjust strategies accordingly.


Revenue Optimization:



  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from commercial properties.

  • Identify opportunities for rent increases, lease renewals, and new business development.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to attract and retain tenants.


Financial Management:



  • Prepare and manage budgets related to commercial properties.

  • Monitor financial performance and report on variances.

Stakeholder Engagement:
