Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:



  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.

  • Act as the first point of contact for the executive team and maintain open lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders.


Business Development:



  • Conduct research on potential business opportunities, industry trends, and competitors to identify growth prospects.

  • Assist in the development of business strategies, partnerships, and expansion plans.

  • Collaborate with the executive team to prepare and deliver presentations for business development opportunities.


Market Research:



  • Conduct market research to gather and analyze data on industry trends, customer behavior, and market conditions.

  • Compile reports and present findings to support decision-making processes.

  • Stay updated on market developments and assess their impact on the organization.


Project Management:



  • Manage special projects, such as product launches, market entry strategies, and business development initiatives, from conception to execution.

  • Ensure projects are on track and within budget, while maintaining clear communication with team members and stakeholders.


Administrative Tasks:



  • Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, correspondence, and expense management.

  • Assist in creating and maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant with a focus on business development and market research.

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
