Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.


• Previous experience in a factory or production environment is a plus.


• Basic understanding of production processes and machinery.


• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.


• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderately heavy loads.


• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.


• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


• Forklift certification is an advantage.
