Responsibilities:



  • Overseeing and supervising all purchasing activities.

  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.

  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.

  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

  • Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.

  • Managing purchased inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.

  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

  • Implements the technical purchases sourcing process including supplier selection, risk mitigation, and contract execution.

  • Evaluate suppliers offers in terms of commercial and technical requirements.

  • Conducts ontheground inspection of parts and materials.

  • Coordinates purchasing activities with other departments.


Requirements



  • Bachelors degree in any field with 3-4 years procurement experience working in an interior design, Architecture, or construction firm

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Attention to detail.


Salary 


150,000 Naira
