Job Description
LearnlyApp Edtech is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of Head of Programs. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of our bootcamps and other learning activities, ensuring alignment with the company's educational goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Program Development and Management:
- Lead the conceptualization, development, and management of comprehensive educational programs, including bootcamps and learning resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program content is aligned with industry standards, educational best practices, and the company's vision.
Curriculum Design and Enhancement:
- Work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop and enhance curriculum content.
- Ensure curriculum meets the diverse learning needs of our audience and incorporates the latest educational methodologies.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the standard of educational programs.
- Conduct regular assessments, gather feedback, and iterate on program content based on performance metrics and learner feedback.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the expansion and improvement of educational programs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and pedagogical innovations to inform program development strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of program managers, instructors, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and professional development.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including educators, industry experts, and partners, to enhance program content and relevance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and organizations.
Resource Allocation:
- Oversee the allocation of resources, including budget management, to ensure efficient and effective program delivery.
- Optimize the use of technology and tools to enhance the learning experience.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on program performance, including key metrics, participant feedback, and completion rates.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the education sector, preferably in EdTech or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of curriculum design, instructional methodologies, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies in education.
