Responsibilities

• Attending to Customers in professional and friendly manner


• Learning the products offering and recommending products according to customer concern or need


• Organizing products on the shelves in attractive and orderly manner


• Ensuring clean and attractive displays and office environments


• Taking stock twice every month


• Reporting low stock or out of stock for purchasing


• Account for every goods and equipment in the store


• Report daily sales and monthly sales on time.


• Account for social media activities including sales


• Update social media handles with targeted contents.


• Monitor prices in-terms of buying vs selling price in relation to inflation and market instability.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc holder


• Clear oral and written communication skills


• 1 year or more in retail sales .


• Strong leadership and customer management ability


• Willingness to learn and take up new challenges


• Knowledge of basic business management processes.


• Must be female.
