Job Description:

• We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead financial planning, strategy, and ensure the fiscal health of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business objectives.


• Oversee accounting and tax activities, ensuring compliance with regulations.


• Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the company's financial stability.


• Manage investor relations and funding strategies to support growth.


• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in financial management and strategy, preferably in the gaming or betting industry.


• Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills.


• Knowledge of accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.


• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, Chartered Accountant.
