  • As the COO, you will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including retail outlets and online platforms.

  • Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer service.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with other executives to execute strategic plans.

  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics and KPIs.

  • Lead and inspire a high-performance operational team.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the gaming or betting industry.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of the Nigerian gaming industry and relevant regulations.

  • Effective leadership and project management skills.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience
