Duties
- Preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, travel arrangements and events
- Taking, typing and distributing minutes of meetings
- Implementing and maintaining office systems
- Maintaining schedules and calendars
- Arranging and confirming appointments
- Handling incoming emails, mail and other material
Note: Applicant must be a computer illerate, familiar with Microsoft office and excel
