Job Summary:

As an IT Specialist you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.


• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.


• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and implement solutions.


• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements.


• Manage and troubleshoot issues related to network infrastructure.


• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


• Proven experience (3 – 5 years) as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.


• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.


• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
