Job Description
Zotmann International Limited is seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join its team in Lagos (Orile). The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of building materials, managing sales team performance, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building relationships with customers. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications
- Sales and marketing experience in a related field
- Proven success in driving sales growth and meeting sales targets
- Experience in managing teams and team performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the manufacturing, or real estate industry is a plus.
