Role Overview:



  • We are seeking a results-driven business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives.

  • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of different industries such as marketing, financial, retail e.tc and a track record of cultivating and nurturing client relationships and driving revenue growth for the company.


Key Responsibilities:


Market Research and Analysis:



  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.

  • Analyze market data to develop targeted marketing strategies.


Lead Generation and Prospecting:



  • Identify and qualify new leads through various channels including networking events, online platforms, and industry associations.

  • Create and manage a robust lead pipeline.


Client Relationship Management:



  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.


Proposal Development and Presentation:



  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to meet client requirements.

  • Deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.


Contract Negotiation and Closure:



  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Facilitate the contract signing process.


Revenue Growth and Target Achievement:



  • Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets in line with company goals.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.


Market Expansion and Business Diversification:



  • Identify opportunities for business expansion into new markets or service offerings.

  • Develop strategies to diversify the business portfolio.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Proven track record of at least 8 years in business development, sales, or a related role in a marketing agency.

  • Strong understanding of the advertising industry

  • Strong understanding of advertising, branding, and marketing principles.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other business tools.
