Responsibilities



  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and providing necessary information.

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.

  • Manage phone calls and reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.


Qualifications



  • Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems.

  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in basic computer skills.

  • Must live in Bodija environs.
