Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.


• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring prompt and careful handling.


• Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of hotel facilities.


• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in public areas, including the lobby and entrance.


• Collaborate with front desk and concierge staff to meet guest needs.


• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services.


• Monitor and report any security or maintenance issues.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 0 - 2 years relevant work experience.


• Must live around Bodija, Ibadan.
