Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in the senior capacity


• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's is an added advantage).


• Proven experience in a managerial finance role.


• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.


• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.


• Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is preferred.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


• High level of integrity and confidentiality.


• Ability to use accounting software like SAGE.
