Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering


• Minimum of 7 years experience in a manufacturing and Engineering environment is a must


• Supervisory experience (Team Member leadership and development experience with emphasis placed on leading and developing TM's, coaching and assessing work, problem breakdown, GAP, lean six sigma and countermeasure identification,


• Experience in sheet metal and fabrication (Preferred Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,ÄeamS, Data Bases)


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Time management skills to support multiple co current projects
