Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience
Experience in a heavy industrial environment; preferably in the manufacturing industry
Must have at least 7 years supervisory experience
Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and blueprints
Demonstrated ability to analyze failures and implement effective corrective solutions
Solid electro-mechanical maintenance knowledge with experience in dealing with complex manufacturing equipment (Injection Houlding, welding and automated assembly) including robot and PLC programming.
