Responsibilities

• Interpret and ensure staff compliance to the company policies, systems and procedures, conduct special trainings and follow through


• Report and investigate infractions or presumed infractions committed by staff by providing recommendations & Sanctions


• Assist in the on-boarding of new employees at the regional level


• Consult with the HR Manager in resolving employee relations issues


• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensure compliance at the regional level


• Provide HR guidance to the Business Managers and Regional Head


• Provide support in the implementation of the performance management system at the Regional level


• Processing of staff Confirmation, Contract Renewal and Promotion


• Compensation and benefits; administer payroll
