Job Summary
- This role will oversee all hiring processes for 3 subsidiaries within Primera Africa Group cutting across FMCG, Financial Services, and Retail and executing Talent Acquisition and Retention strategies to ensure that we have the right and top talents within the Group.
Key Requirements (must have)
- A good First Degree in Humanities, HRM, Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Social Sciences, Administration, or any related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
- 5 - 7 years relevant experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP roles preferably within the FINTECH and FMCG space.
- ACIPM/ACIPD, SPHRi, or SHRM-CP is required.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
- Strong data analytics skills. Must be capable of providing highly insightful and high-level Talent Acquisition metrics/analytical reports.
- Must be very proficient in the use of ATS, and HRIS and very knowledgeable in Nigeria Labour and Employment laws as well as HR best practices.
- Must be very verse in designing and implementing employment/employer branding initiatives.
- Must have practical experience in Talent Management.
- Must have experience in strategic manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment across all levels (junior, mid-level, senior management/C-Suite, Expatriates, Tech. etc.).
