Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions


• Prepare a monthly bank reconciliation for all company account


• Computation and prompt presentation of Payroll schedule


• Coordinating and reporting petty cash expenses on weekly basis


• Preparing accurate month-end account with comparison to fore cast


• Assist in preparing budgets and business planning including project room revenue


• Ensuring legislation is followed regarding VAT, WHT and PAYE


• Chasing late payment, reporting bad debts and keeping an eye on the cash flow


• Process cash disbursement and cash receipts


• Perform month-end closere conciliation


• Assist with preparing budget and fore casts


• Review daily cash balance and maintain cash flow projections


• Review vendor invoice and monthly statement to ensure all expenses are processed in the system


• Work with vendors promptly.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.

Salary

N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
