We are looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
As a B2B Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales targets. Duties will include prospecting, networking and presenting to potential customers.
Responsibilities
Identifying new business opportunities
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Generating leads and qualifying prospects
Developing relationships with potential customers and negotiating and closing deals
Maintaining ongoing account management
Achieving sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA or Masters will serve as an added advantage.
Successful previous experience as B2B sales manager in FMCG, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Ability to work independently and manage one's own time, build relationships and close deals.
A minimum of four (4) years of experience in B2B sales.
