Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers.
- Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails and correspondence for the executive
- Organizing the executive’s daily schedule and meetings, including booking meeting rooms as required
- Making travel arrangements
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Managing office documentation and organization
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s).
