First degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any other related discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ working experience as a Warehouse Lead
Minimum Total relevant work experience of 7 Years
Not more than 40 years old
Knowledge of accounting package especially SAGE EVOLUTION will be an added advantage
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Willingness to lead by example and when/where necessary get involved at floor level to ensure delivery at the correct standard and/or method.
Profit and Loss management experience including budgeting in department.
Commercial prowess and proven ability in the poultry environment at a supervisor level.
Excellent knowledge of running warehouses and managing a high level of stock rotation.
Good Financial, mathematical, and analytical skill sets.
Excellent knowledge of handling cold-room, blast freezer and deep freezer commodities is required.
Excellent leadership skills to develop reporting staff and working knowledge of developing succession plans in department.
Management of developing and maintaining and increasing profitability of the warehouse.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Must be an open communicator, sincere, trustworthy, and transparent. Always ethical and behave and act in the best interest of the company and other employee's
Knowledge of warehouse management best practices
Strong track record of implementation of process improvement strategies
Very strong organizational and communication skills

Be able to accurately track inventory and create reports
