Responsibilities



  • Sales and Upselling: Understand the menu and bottle service offerings thoroughly, and effectively communicate and upsell products to guests, leading to increased sales and revenue.

  • Customer Service: Interact with guests in a professional and engaging manner, ensuring their needs and preferences are met to enhance their overall experience.

  • Table Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bottle service area, including tables, glassware, and bottle presentation.

  • Order Processing: Accurately process and track orders, including taking inventory of bottles and managing their availability to meet the demand.

  • Promotional Activities: Assist with promotional activities and special events, including distributing promotional materials, engaging with customers, and encouraging participation.

  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the bar staff and other team members to ensure efficient service and a seamless guest experience.

  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines, as well as applicable local alcohol regulations and laws.

  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions responsibly, accurately processing payments, and reconciling sales at the end of each shift.

  • Knowledge Update: Stay informed about current trends, new products, and promotions in the nightlife industry to provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests.


Requirements



  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar customer service or hospitality role is preferred, especially with bottle service or bartending experience.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, interact, and build relationships with guests and team members.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and upsell products to guests.

  • Multitasking: Exceptional multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tables, and prioritize tasks.

  • Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills to address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

  • Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as nightlife and entertainment venues often operate during these times.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift/move heavy bottles or trays when necessary.
