Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a leadership role within the IT domain, with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the food processing industry.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems, with a track record of successful implementation and maintenance.
Strategic thinking and the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals to contribute to the company's growth, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in managing IT budgets and resources efficiently.
