Job Summary



  • The ideal candidate should be dedicated and experienced to oversee the day-to-day operations of the fine dining restaurant.

  • He/She will be responsible for exceptional guest experiences, managing the restaurant staff, and maintaining high-quality service standards.


Responsibilities



  • Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house restaurant activities.

  • Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers.

  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

  • Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.

  • Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

  • Handle guest reservations, special requests, and feedback.

  • Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures.


Requirements



  • Previous experience and passion in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with professionalism.

  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and cocktail service.

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
