Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to oversee the end-to-end production process, from raw material intake to finished product packaging.
- Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure consistent availability of raw materials.
- Implement cost-effective production strategies without compromising on quality.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any operational inefficiencies.
- Develop and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct product testing and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance production processes.
Requirements
- First Degree in Food Science, Hospitality or a related field.
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the food production industry, kitchen management within the QSR industry
- Excellent communication skills, Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, culinary techniques and quality control.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Basic proficiency in relevant software for inventory and scheduling.
