We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Manager to oversee our reservation system and ensure seamless booking experiences for our guests.
He/She will be responsible for managing reservations, handling customer inquiries, and optimizing table turnover to maximize restaurant revenue.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the restaurant's reservation system, ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes.
Handle guest inquiries and reservation requests via phone, email, and in-person.
Coordinate with the floor staff and kitchen to optimize table assignments and ensure smooth service flow.
Monitor reservation trends and guest preferences to anticipate staffing and inventory needs.
Confirm and communicate reservation details with guests, including special requests and dietary restrictions.
Maintain a database of guest information and preferences for personalized service.
Implement and enforce reservation policies to manage no-shows and cancellations.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues related to reservations.
Requirements
Previous experience and passion in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
