The ideal candidate will assist the Floor Manager in managing the front-of-house operations of our fine dining restaurant.
He/She will be responsible for supervising the restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Assist in training, supervising, and mentoring restaurant staff.
Monitor and maintain service standards, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional manner.
Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and staff assignments.
Collaborate with the Floor Manager to implement restaurant policies and procedures.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for staff members.
Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and cocktail service.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
