Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high-level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf.
- This individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
- They will use their passion for analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analyses for business users.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations at the store
- Network with key customers/corporate customers on a regular basis to enable regular enquiries and sales
- Strategize new opportunities to increase sales of the store.
- Solutions and quotations to customers
- Driving customer experience- display upkeep and hygiene, as well as SKU management
- Timely and satisfactory resolution of customer grievances, if any
- Report sales/contact activities in available CRM Software
- Achievement of revenue targets- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Out of store Marketing.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
Experience:
- 3- 5 years’ experience in similar role.
Skills Requirement:

- High learning agility- Product Knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to collect and compile relevant data.
- Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Thorough understanding of the company’s business processes and the industry at large.
- Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools.
