The Loyalty Programs Executive will develop detailed marketing plans to encourage brand engagement among Consumer Health customers, HCPs, and Channel partners using various programs, campaigns, and platforms.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Marketing Manager to conduct market research and audience segmentation
Brainstorm effective loyalty programs, promotional initiatives, and accompanying marketing collateral with marketing team
Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of an overarching brand loyalty strategy to increase customer engagement, boost retention, and maximize sales
Perform in-depth target audience research and execute data-driven customer segmentation to ensure our loyalty programs are customized according to each audience segment
Study campaign reports, forecasting metrics, and industry trends to measure the impact and efficiency of our loyalty program
Manage the established budget for promotional initiatives and lead the financial planning and reporting for each project
Create and manage project calendar, oversee the execution of all loyalty marketing project, and update the overall promotional direction
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the successful execution of sales
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, direct marketing, or similar role
1-2 years of experience in Medical sales
B.Sc in Marketing, Economics, Medical Sciences, or related (MBA added advantage)
Demonstrated experience translating customer insight to successful loyalty strategies
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
