Job Description

• A Retail Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and completing sales transactions.


• They also stock shelves and maintain the store’s appearance. Also handle online sales by assisting customers through online platforms, answering inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise. (Online)


• Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs.


• Answers customer’s questions about merchandise.


• Assists customers with purchase decisions.


• Retrieves merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.


• Collects payment using the store point of sale system.


• Processes returns and exchanges.


• Performs other duties as assigned.


• Handle Sales Inquiries online

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate.


• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices


• Proficiency in English


• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.


• Track record of over-achieving sales.


• Familiarity with inventory procedures.


• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.


• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.


• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
