OVERVIEW:


Weare looking a Business Development Executive who will play a crucial role in indentifying growth oppounities and expanding the company's business. This role involves propecting, lead generation, relationship building and strategic planning to drive revenue and market expansion.


KEY RESPONSILITIES:



  • Identify and research potential clients, partners, or markets to generate leads for the company.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure long-term business partnerships.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and profitability, meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients or investors.

  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements with clients and partners to secure new business deals.

  • Develop and execute business development plans aligned with the company’s objectives and goals.

  • Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively promote them to potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and strategies that support business development efforts.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build a network and stay updated on industry developments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to achieve common business goals.

  • Manage budgets and resources allocated for business development activities effectively.


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:



  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Proven experience in business development or sales.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent presentation and pitching skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.

  • Results-driven and self-motivated.
