Responsibilities
Reception and Guest Services:
- Warmly welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a professional and organized front desk area.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with suppliers.
Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule appointments and meetings for executives and staff.
- Keep track of meeting rooms and ensure they are prepared for appointments.
Communication:
- Act as a liaison between clients, visitors, and internal staff.
- Disseminate information to employees as needed.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, calls, and appointments.
- Assist in maintaining an organized filing system.
